Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); multilingual skills are a plus (especially Spanish)
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions are also compensated.
